Monitoring - A fix for the root cause has been deployed and all data processing has been completed. We have seen a reduction in vehicles reporting as signal lost, when they shouldn't be, to near zero.

We will now monitor this incident to ensure it has been fully resolved.

Identified - We understand the root cause of the issue and we are working towards a fix.

No data has been lost and devices are still transmitting data successfully. The issue is an internal processing error preventing live tracking and journey data from being displayed in the portal.
